We recognize that our IPTV subscriptions might not align with everyone's expectations all the time. If you are dissatisfied or face issues that render our system unusable, please know we're here to help—and if needed, process a refund.

Post-Payment Process

Once your payment for the IPTV subscription is processed, we will forward an installation email to you. This email will contain your access credentials and comprehensive installation guides tailored for all device types and applications. This includes but isn't limited to Smart TV, Android Box, Chromecast, Xbox, Computer, Mac, Smartphone, Apple TV, Tablet, iPad, and Mag devices.

Technical Requirements

To ensure the best streaming experience, a stable internet connection is paramount. We suggest a minimum bandwidth of 20 Mbps for SD streaming and 25 Mbps for HD quality streaming.

Delayed Confirmation Emails

Due to a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in processing and sending out the confirmation emails. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please check your inbox or spam folder of the email address you registered when you made the payment. If you have not received the confirmation email within 2 hours after your payment, please provide us with the last 4 digits of the payment card used for the transaction so that we can assist you further.

Requesting a Refund

  1. Email us at Contact@iptvstream.ca with the subject: "Request for Refund".
  2. Include your transaction order ID or the email address you registered when you made the payment or the last 4 digits of your payment card.
  3. Describe the issues you've encountered and your reasons.

Sometimes, we may ask you for evidence to better understand the issue, and likewise, we'll provide any pertinent information from our side to ensure transparency.

Refund Conditions

Important: A refund will only be processed if the technical issue persists and our team is unable to resolve it during the refund timing. It's important to clarify that we are the account providers, not the app developers, so refunds are contingent upon unresolved technical issues within the provided code.

  • Please reach out to our 24/7 live support anytime you need assistance.
  • Refund requests can only be made within 7 days of purchase. Beyond 72 hours, no refunds will be processed.
  • Refunds to credit cards typically take 5-10 working days, but in some cases, it may take up to 30 days. Please note that any delay in processing is beyond our control as we're not the payment gateway.
  • Purchases made within the last 72 hours will be refunded in full. All other requests might be prorated based on the duration of use.
  • We request you to refrain from applying for a refund within the first 24 hours of your subscription.

User Setup Assistance

If you're struggling with setting up your device or system, our team will provide thorough assistance. Our support is based on predefined steps for device configurations, given the various user devices and setups.

Channel Performance

Though our servers are predominantly stable, occasional hitches—like channel freezes or disruptions—may occur. These are temporary and our team is always on it. Potential reasons include:

  • Internet fluctuations on the user's end
  • Issues with user device/setup
  • ISP-related problems
  • Server-end channel disruptions
  • Server updates or restarts on our end (essential for weekly performance)

If a server issue from our side disrupts your viewing for more than 48 hours, we'll either refund the package price or extend your subscription, plus additional benefits we can discuss.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues with our service that cannot be resolved within 7 days, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer support team and provide as much detail as possible about the issue you are experiencing.
